The Rhodesian Ridgeback Welfare Trust

A Registered Charity - Number 1042184  -  established in 1994

In 2016
with your help & support the RRWT rehomed 29 Ridgebacks and supported many many more to remain with their original families

The Trust has an active waiting list of suitable families wanting to adopt a Ridgeback, some looking for young dogs, some preferring an older dog.

In recent months many of the dogs coming into rescue have been rehomed directly to a family on the waiting list, often without being shown here on our website.

If you feel you could offer a Ridgeback a suitable home please download and return an Adoption Request Form and register your interest

Please email or call us on 0300 10 10 030

if you would like to offer a home to any of the featured Ridgebacks

Rosehill Farm Kennels has come to be regarded as the RRWT's Rescue Kennels.

Rosehill is set in 40 acres of beautiful Buckinghamshire countryside and has been operated by Maggie & Clive Higgins and staff to the very highest standards for 33 years. During which time they have always owned Ridgebacks

Dogs are walked three times a day. Should you doubt our recommendation, come along to RRWT Rosehill Jamboree held every year at Rosehill Kennels and see for yourself.

Maggie and her staff have a deep understanding of Ridgebacks, Maggie having owned them for over 32 years.

She works with our rescues and has turned round dogs with problems and hang-ups.
